CONTACT CENTRE ADVISORS – Join our friendly team

We are expanding our contact centre team and now looking for individuals who are friendly and professional to join us. Our customers are at the core of everything we do, so we are looking for individuals with good people skills. In return we will provide you with Fully paid training within our friendly contact centre environment. Offsite parking provided by the company and/or near to main line rail London/Ipswich line. 

Key responsibilities

Good Customer Service skills (Full support and training will be provided to develop individuals)

 Pro-active and friendly, able to work as both part of a team and on an individual basis.

Ability to achieve set targets and manage own time effectively.

Needs to be a good communicator with skills both written and spoken and excellent attention to detail.

Hours of work will be over 7 days on a rotational basis. Although some roles with selected days/hours may be available

40 hours

Starting salary £15,000, rising in 6 months to £17,000 on successful completion of a probationary period.

Modern friendly office situated around a green and duck pond, well served with local shops. Just off A12 in Kelvedon/Feering.
