Job: Office Assistant - Fixed Term 12 Month Contract (Mat Cover)

Salary: GBP16k

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to be part of a finance company that offers financial advice to businesses and individuals. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking and loyal person who is looking to gain some valuable skills and experience working in a professional office environment within the financial services industry.

The successful candidate will be educated ideally to degree level, with an interest in the financial services industry. Common sense and experience of administration are essential along with the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Preparing files and documents.
  • Dealing with incoming calls,
  • speaking to clients and prospective new business
  • Maintaining client portfolios.

As the Office Assistant you will be working in a team supporting the Financial Advisors, processing new business administration. Excellent MS office skills are essential along with a profession approach.

You will need to be able to make an immediate contribution in supporting the Consultants in achieving objectives and delivering a high quality service to clients.
