Health & Safety Administrator
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours

Our client, a large and successful business based in Brentwood is currently seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to join their fabulous team.

Main duties include:

  • Dealing with insurance certificates
  • Chasing any insurances that expire and require renewal
  • Accurately filing and retaining insurance certificates both hard & electronic copies
  • Collating accident/incident information from site and uploading the information onto the internal database
  • Preparing Health & Safety starter packs, ensuring they are always available and maintained
  • Archiving Health & Safety documentation and maintaining records of archived information

Additional duties include:

  • Assisting in the organisation and control of the departments library, ensuring publications are amended and maintained up to date
  • Preparing training packs for the various courses, including accredited training
  • Distributing training certificates
  • Receiving and sorting mail, faxes and emails and distributing to the appropriate recipient
  • Updating the office's notice board, ensuring it is kept current
  • Conducting monthly checks of the fire extinguishers, ensuring they are suitable and sufficient
