Telesales Executive Salary: GBP18,000 OTE GBP30,000 Frama is an international company with its headquarters in Switzerland. The Telesales Executive position: To identify prospective customers from both new and user groups for the Frama range of products. To achieve the agreed sales targets via telephone sales and demonstrating the advantages of the products, gains in efficiencies to workflows and processes and therefore cost savings that can be made. Tasks, responsibilities and authorities of the position Tasks Achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Ensuring that all customers' equipment is no older than 5-years. Selling minimum of 50% of sales to new users. Selling ancillary equipment to a minimum of 10% of annual sales target Identifying Major Accounts within the sales territory. Collecting competitive data for the competitive database. Selling at the most advantageous terms within pricing structures for the company. Maximise the volume of business transacted by way of lease. Dealing promptly with all sales leads and customer requests. Attending meetings, exhibitions as and when requested. To be fully conversant with all products and features within the range. Keeping up to date the company SBC system. Authorities To sell at prices no lower than the 'base price Can sell above list price on purchase and lease. Always lead with leasing. Must contact all sales leads immediately. Contacting users and comp users to ascertain their needs for systems products. Updating SBC with new and relevant data. Responsibilities Achieve the monthly sales target on a rolling quarterly average. Must correctly complete all sales documentation. Needs to close a minimum of 4 sales leads to one order. To use the system within the company IT policy and to keep confidential its contents. Carry out any reasonable request received from the Manager. General This is an excellent opportunity for a successful Telesales individual to join a dynamic expanding organisation. This person will ideally have a background in selling products within a telesales environment. Someone with a network of client contacts that they can bring with them is a bonus. It is absolutely critical that you are capable of working independently and able to stand on their own two feet. A key part of this role is being able to open doors for new sales opportunities and developing business over the phone. The successful applicant will have a solid technology sales background of 3-5 years and a proven track record of creating new business and reaching targets. You will sell directly to decision makers and have a passion for New Business development. Personal Profile Sales professional, including adequate education. Excellent telephone manner. Self-starter and ability to generate own opportunities. Results orientated individual showing initiative, reliability and responsibility. Dynamic, practical, good motivator with ability to make things happen. Skilled negotiator and analytical style of thinking. Good understanding of process creation and workflows.
