Our Business
IT Fleet Automotive is a Transport / Logistics organisation which offers a complete vehicle de-fleet and re marketing service to fleet organisations. We provide transport, appraisal and refurbishment services with an emphasis on quality, flexibility and enhanced residual values.
As a business, we have 8 sites across the UK with our Head Office located in Raydon, Suffolk, approx. 3 miles from the Copdock and 10 miles from Colchester.

Job Description
A leader in the Transport and Logistics field, experiencing growth year on year, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistance / Administrator to join our team, with scope for career progression for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will have a background / understanding of both Purchase and Sales Ledger and preferably be experienced at using the Accountancy system SAGE 200.

Reporting into the Finance Controller, duties consist of but not limited to:-

* Assistance with processing invoices
* Setting up new business accounts
* Account reconciliation across numerous accounts
* Allocating payments across different ledgers
* Run debtor reports and chasing all outstanding debts
* Processing invoices, credit notes and expenses
* Resolve all customer and supplier queries in a timely manner

*Assistance with driver wages

*Adhoc administration duties.

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Good team player but can also work on own initiative
* Strong administrative skills with high levels of accuracy
* Good attention to detail
* Confident and able to liaise with individuals
*Strong communications skills.

It is preferred, candidates have approximately 2 years' experience working within an accountancy based department. IT Fleet Accounts team, is a very busy department who work to tight weekly and monthly deadlines. IT Fleet will consider candidates who want to study towards the AAT qualification.

Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm.
