We are an established one of a kind company based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. We manage the table bookings for some of the UK's top restaurants. With a team in excess of 60 and 5 years’ experience under our belt, we are a highly regarded provider of outsourced services within the sector of fine dining.
Our friendly team are trained to offer excellent customer service, helping our clients to keep their restaurants full. The Customer Service Agent role involves:
- Answering calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Checking availability in the chosen restaurant.
- Accurately booking tables, meeting customer and restaurant requirements.
- Proposing solutions to customers where their chosen requirements are not available.
Sending email booking confirmations.
- There are no outbound sales calls and minimal handling of customer complaints.
Our Customer Service Agent will have a proactive nature and be driven to deliver a continual high quality of service over the telephone. We are delighted to offer our Customer Service Agent the opportunity to grow and develop with us by through opportunities to apply for promotion.
Our Customer Service Agent will have a strong work ethic and good literacy skills, as well as some experience in dealing with people and a professional telephone manner. Flexibility to work a variety of planned shift patterns is important to us. Our offices are open between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service Agents work a 40 hour week on a rota basis between these times. Rotas are published well in advance so you can plan your free time but you will need to be available to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.
