Location: Hertford
Salary: GBP17-19k (depending on experience)
Hours of work: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
Reporting to: Client Services Management

Adecco Welwyn Garden City are currently working with a very exciting client based in Hertford. They are currently looking for a Client Services Assistant to join there very busy team. You will be playing a key role within dynamic and highly respected music & marketing agencies working with the world's leading luxury brands.

The role
You will be assisting the Client Services teams with:
* General admin:
- The first point of telephone contact for the companies
- Prepare client-facing quotes/proposals/presentations, draft contracts
- Prepare hardware systems orders
- Provide reports to clients for various purposes
- Prepare client-facing documents
- Assisting with internal marketing assets
- Maintain/update our client contacts database
- Manage the levels of stock of our tablets and packaging materials
- Assisting the team with travel planning, booking flights and hotels
- Preparing the post to go out and taking it to the post office

Your skills
* Solid administration/project management skills which can be utilised in a new environment.
* A diligent and conscientious approach to your work.
* Completely used to and comfortable with computer based technology.
* Excellent time management.
* Demonstrate natural problem solving ability.
* Demonstrate superb attention to detail with your natural written communication skills.
* Work well under pressure.
* MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint literate.

* Minimum of 1 years office experience
* Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject - business studies / marketing / advertising / media
