Job Title: Client Services Administrator

Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire

Salary: GBP19 - GBP20k per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 9am - 6pm Mon to Thurs and then Fri 9am - 5pm

Our client are seeking a professional and articulate Client Services professional to join their agency who are located near to Hertford. This position would be best suited to a candidate who can communicate with a wide variety of clients, your clients are luxury brands therefore if you have worked within this sector before that would be very beneficial.

You will be outgoing, energetic and enjoy working within a quirky and very creative team!

Job Description:

  • Be the first point of telephone contact for various high end brands
  • Prepare quotes/proposals/presentations
  • Provide reports for clients
  • Assisting with marketing
  • Maintain/update our client contacts database
  • Manage the levels of stock
  • Assisting the team with travel planning, booking flights and hotels
  • Liaison with internal departments
