Duties:
Reporting to Brand Manager
Responsible for ordering system for Italian range cooker manufacturer - whole process, from initial enquiry to delivery
To assist Brand Manager in order processing for other brands and any other general duties that may be required
Answering telephone enquiries and delegating calls to relevant colleague
To assist Finance Manager in general duties
To assist Managing Director in general duties
To assist Service Manager in general admin duties
To assist PR manager in general admin duties
General office management - stationery, stamps etc
Personal profile:
The ideal candidate will be presentable, work well in a team or alone (must be a self-starter) and be outgoing and confident in dealing with clients and the general public.
Skills / experience:
Essential
Confident telephone manner
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe and Indesign
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Ability to multi-task
Preferable
Experience in B2B environment
Familiarity with SAGE/SAGE CRM system or other order management/processing software
Experience within kitchen industry
Able to speak Italian - desirable
Qualifications:
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
