What will you do?
You will be a brand ambassador for the client so it is vital that at every step of the process you provide the highest level of service excellence to B2B customers. You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers. This may include multi-channel contact via inbound or outbound calls, web chat or email as appropriate.
You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the order entry and account management process, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner.
What shifts are available?
These roles are Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Skills, abilities & personal qualities:
- Has the right to work legally in the UK
- You must have superb written and spoken English
- A desire and genuine passion for sales as well as experience of working in a sales or sales through service role
- The ability to take ownership and responsibility for the customer journey
- Be punctual and reliable
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in building strong client or customer relationships
