An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a passionate and motivated Senior Portfolio Manager to join us in Enfield. 

Within this role, you will be responsible for a large portfolio of accommodation based services, managing a team of Portfolio Managers to deliver property, tenancy management, voids and letting services within the temporary accommodation sector across London and the south east of England to the highest possible standard.  You will ensure that our contractual, legislative and procedural obligations are met and that we exceed the expectations of Local Authorities, Landlords and Tenants.  You will also work with other agencies to promote and safeguard the welfare of clients in our accommodation.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a track record of managing a team that delivers excellent tenancy and property management services which sustain tenancies, are compliant with regulation and meet resident's needs.  The successful candidate will have experience of temporary accommodation in a social housing setting as well as knowledge of housing management processes and the Children's Act 1989.

With previous experience of delivering high quality customer services, you will have commercial acumen and budgetary management experience coupled with knowledge of setting objectives and meeting KPI targets.  In addition, experience of helping to deliver ‘best in the market' tenancy and property management services and operations is also important.  A good understanding of health and safety in housing and strong IT skills (Word, Excel and on-line systems) will also be required.

A clean UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to obtain enhanced clearance via PVG, Disclosure Scotland/CRB.
