Heritage Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the team based in Loughton, Essex. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary from £17,524 depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join Heritage Care to provide a first class recruitment service across the organisation. You will ensure hiring managers receive high quality customer focussed services in all aspect of the recruitment life-cycle. From sourcing the candidates through to interview booking and onboarding.
As the Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and be able to manage your time effectively. You will also need to be a confident communicator, adaptable and able to work in a changeable and fast paced environment. Previous experience of working in a high volume recruitment role is an advantage as well as experience of working as part of a team.
