Account Handler (Essex, 17.5-18k DOE + 10% bonus & commission)
An Account Handler is required to join a growing team for one of the UK's most high profile, award winning ‘Online Estate Agents of the Year' based in Sudbury, Suffolk. As an Account Handler, you will be the main point of contact for our clients supporting them from valuations to exchange and completion. This is a varied position and requires someone who can work to deadlines whilst handling a multitude of tasks, offering excellent customer service.
Please note that this role is currently based in Sudbury, Suffolk until June 2017 when my client will be relocating to a town centre location in Colchester, Essex.
Your new role
• Moderating photographs, writing property descriptions and preparing property particulars
• Managing internal databases
• Negotiating Offers
• Sale progression following offers being agreed
• Carrying out regular reviews of market activity
• Preparing valuations
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of one years' experience within a sales or customer service based role and enjoy dealing with the public. First class communication skills are essential with a ‘can do' attitude working as part of a team. You should be computer literate with outstanding organisational skills and effective in decision making. This role requires GCSE grades A-C in English and Mathematics.
