Part Time Accounts/ Administration Assistant

We are looking for a part time Accounts/Administration Assistant for our small office in Bishop's Stortford.

Excel and accounts experience essential.

Applicant would need to be able to work independently to assist the Financial Controller with day to day activities such as:

  • Managing the purchase ledger
  • Maintaining petty cash and expense records
  • General administration
  • Maintaining a strong filing system

We are looking for an applicant who enjoys being a key part of a small team and is interested in working 15-20 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements will be considered. Hourly rate to be discussed at interview
