We have an opportunity for a Admin Assistant to work for a busy cleaning and janitorial company based in Harlow CM18.

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday with a salary of 18.5k - 20k per annum depending on experience, this includes 20 days paid holiday + 8 days paid bank holidays.

What do you need?
It is ESSENTIAL that you have office assistant or similar experience to be considered for this role.

The role
As an Admin Assistant your daily duties will include:-
• Filing and collating invoices
• Checking and booking in deliveries
• Raising purchase orders
• Chasing purchase orders
• Checking statements
• Dealing with damages/shortfalls
• Answering the phone and dealing with incoming enquiries
• Website/newsletter updates
• Other office duties as and when required
