The organization is a registered charity which provides support and care to vulnerable people across North and East London. Our reputation is built on making a difference to people's lives. We work with people who have difficulties due to their autism, their behaviour or their level of disabilities. If you have experience in providing high quality support to individuals on the autistic spectrum, then we want to hear from you.

We are recruiting specifically customers with autism living across several London boroughs who are enthusiastic, physically active with a good sense of humour. Our customers enjoy visiting art galleries, swimming, cycling and having access to the community. This role would suit staff with an outgoing and vibrant personality who, enjoys participating in physical activities and demonstrates good customer service. It is important that a positive working relationship is maintained with the customers and their families.

As a Support Worker your duties will also include, Key Working, coordinating packages of care and support for individuals. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be engaging with a wide group of stakeholders ranging from professionals to family members.
