Swan Housing Association are looking to appoint one full time and one part-time (14 hours per week Fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave) Enhanced Housing Management Officer.

Swan Housing Association was first formed in 1994. We celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2014 and continue to provide high quality and affordable homes to rent and buy. Today, we operate in Essex and East London and locally manage over 10,000 homes with plans in place to deliver more than 1,000 new homes as part of an ambitious three year strategy.

As an Enhanced Housing Management Officer your role would be to provide comprehensive housing management to Swan residents living within a designated geographic area in Essex.

This is a challenging role where you will need to have the ability to deliver excellent customer service within a front line service, to empower and support residents to maintain their tenancies. You will need to have enthusiasm, self-motivation, commitment and the ability to communicate at all levels.
