Secondary Teacher (able to teach multiple subjects)

Our clients, in the Harlow area are looking for a qualified Teacher who is able to teach at least two different subjects. This is a great opportunity for the successful teacher to make a real positive difference to lives of their students. You will working with children across keys stages 3 and 4, many of whom have emotional and behaviour difficulties and have been excluded from mainstream school.
You should ideally be able to teach at least 2 of the following subjects:
- Any Humanities
The students are likely to be working at different levels, hence good differentiation will be vital as will strong behaviour management skills and the ability to be flexible. Experience working with students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties is desirable but not essential providing you have the right attitude and desire.
This is initially a temporary role to start as soon as possible but has the potential for it to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Our clients are an Alternative Provision based in the Harlow area. They cater for children across Key Stages 1-4, with the aim being to provide them a first class education whilst also meeting their personal, social and emotional needs.
The School has a wide catchment area, encompassing pupils from a variety of backgrounds and with varying levels of difficulties and ability. Many of the students have either been excluded from School or are Children in Care.
