Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Commercial Trainee Accountant Role:
The Commercial Trainee will be working closely with an existing commercial team built up of 2 x Commercial Administrators and 1 x Quantity Surveyor within our client offices, and liaison with our remotely located site teams.
The role will involve assisting with commercial checking and collation of data within our bespoke MSi system, data administration, report building and processing right through to invoicing. We will provide comprehensive on the job training to enable you to progress to Commercial Administrator level.
The ideal Commercial Trainee Accountant
The successful candidate will have obtained GCSE's in at least five subjects (A or B grades) including Maths and English as a minimum. Applications from those who have achieved A-level standard, an AAT qualification or have proven experience in the Property Services or Construction industry would be a distinct advantage.
Ideally the Commercial Trainee will have acquired general administration experience with an understanding and awareness of financial and commercial reporting. The person will be required to be skilled numerically and be experienced in Microsoft office packages. They must be able to swiftly identify issues and have the communication skills to quickly resolve any potential issues.
